Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading care and research charity for people with dementia and those who care for them.

In over 250 locations across the UK, staff and volunteers work together to provide help and information to people affected by dementia in their communities.  This includes day care and home care for people with dementia, as well as supporting and befriending services to help partners and families cope with the demands of caring.

Macmillan Cancer Support


Macmillan Cancer Support aims to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.  They provide practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care.

They have a wide support network of local information and support centres, cancer support groups, benefits advisers and cancer support specialists.

Oskar's Dreams/Rebecca House


Rebecca House is the children's wing of the Isle of Man hospice, providing respite, palliative and end of life care for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions from birth up to 18 years.

It also provides holistic care to families including play, massage and relaxation, pet therapy, music therapy and use of the multi-sensory room. It also gives the opportunity for families to rest and enjoy quality time with other family members and siblings.
